
Michael Tristan Tolston
Michael Tristan Tolston, a human factors professional working at Ball Aerospace under the U.S Air Force Research Laboratory Applied Neuroscience Branch. He is responsible for administering and developing USAF important research in different areas of applied interpersonal trust, applied neuroscience, human-human and human-machine teaming, human-machine trust, team, and individual training, readiness assessment, and human performance. He also possesses great skills in the development of advanced techniques that are used for data analysis. Along with this, Michael is also responsible for validating and developing subjective measurement scales, for making the evaluations of complex data from past measures designs. Additionally, he also interprets, analyses, and disseminates research findings.
